Mighty Salted Caramel & Chocolate Protein Donuts

  1. In a blender or food processor, add together the butter, Unsweetened Mighty m.lk, vanilla extract and maple syrup, then blitz for approximately 30 seconds to mix the wet ingredients together

  2. Transfer the wet ingredients to a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and Mighty Human Salted Caramel Vegan Protein over the wet ingredients and fold using a spatula

  3. Pour the donut batter into a piping bag and pipe in a donut shaped baking tray

  4. Pre-heat your oven to 170 degrees 

  5. Place the donuts in a baking tray and bake for approximately 16-18 minutes

  6. Allow the donuts to cool for around 5-8 minutes before removing them from the tray. Then place the doughnuts on a wire rack to dry fully

  7. Prepare the cream cheese topping by mixing together dairy-free cream cheese along with the maple syrup and cocoa powder until you achieve a creamy frosting consistency

  8. Dip the donuts in the cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with nuts (optional). Allow the cream cheese to be at room temperature, this will allow it to mix easier
