Wholefood Plant-Based Mac-n-Cheese

  1. Chop carrots and cook for 15 minutes until soft. 
  2. Add carrots, vegan cheese, olive oil and Mighty Protein Oat M.lk into blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
  3. Add seasoning to mixture. We went for nutritional yeast, chilli, paprika and garlic.
  4. Cook macaroni according to instructions on pack. 
  5. Add in spinach and sauce and mix together.
  6. Add more cheese as desired.
  7. Et voila!
